Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Once processed, products are typically delivered within 7–10 business days. During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few additional days. We appreciate your patience and request that you allow extra transit time for delivery. In the event of a significant delay, Wonder Life Sciences will notify you via email or telephone. Currently, we ship across India and 9 other countries.

Refund Policy

Products cannot be returned except in cases where they are received in a damaged condition or the wrong product has been delivered. Eligible replacement requests will be processed, and the replacement product will be delivered within 7–10 business days. Customers are eligible for a refund only if the product is damaged upon delivery or if an incorrect product has been delivered.

1. Refund to account will be processed in 7-10 days after processing and closure of investigation

2. In case product has to be replaced, it will be done after due process is complete within 15 days of damaged product delivery

3. The final decision regarding refunds and return pickups will be taken by our dispatch team.
